My friend almost died taking a crap after eating your poison
Awesome attentive and friendly staff and great food! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and offer samples. Very good customer service. 10/10 will definitely go again
I had lunch just after the lunch rush and the food didn't seem very fresh and teriyaki chicken is usually really really good there but it seemed old the honey chicken was hard and just not that good. I opted for chow mein because the rice is always bad, and that was also a mistake. Plus I really had to concentrate to understand the counter lady. She had a very strong accent, I had to get her to repeat herself, than I just gave up and paid.
Service is the worse. They also change the boxes to slightly a smaller one so they give you less. Ordered a large side of vegetables but they only filled up half the box Quality of food is questionable and the hygiene practice of the store is gross. The manager is rude and dismissive. Honestly, the worse Panda Express franchise in Edmonton. The place cut corners by filling your dish with fillers (onions, cabbage etc) rather than actual dish.
