My meal did not even look or tasted as the photo online. terrible flavor and presentation. too much fat in my teriyaki chicken bowl. this was my last order from Panda Express. not recommend
The remodel looks nice, but they're always understaffed, with slow service. And they seem to run out of items more frequently these days. It's getting really frustrating going there for lunch. There's never anyone cleaning off tables or restocking the beverage/utensil area.
I spent over 20 minutes of MY time filling out the survey. The cashier then told me I needed to add another entree item to my order in order to receive the discount. This would increase my price, not decrease it. My bill came out to 21.50 for a regular order, with NO discount. Please know I will NEVER frequent Panda Express again. Although they are down the road from me, and I have spent hundreds of dollars there. You cannot scam people into filling out your surveys then not honor their coupons.
