Fantastic work! I can't get over the fact Herb was able to clean my apartment as well as he did. It was a petstain nightmare, and he is why I'll probably get my entire deposit back. Thankyou for your hard work!

Herb was friendly, professional, and thorough. He cleaned and sealed all of our tile and grout so it looked brand new. He even did a follow-up when I had questions about certain areas. Now when we have spills or dirt in the high-traffic areas, the grout easily wipes clean with a scrub brush or a Magic Eraser. I have already recommended him to a neighbor. Not the cheapest or most expensive, but definitely worth the price.

I had Panda Carpet Cleaning come out and do out carpets last week. Working with Herb Penning was a joy. He was extremely friendly as we set up the cost and time for him to come out. However, the job he did on our carpets was spectacular. We have three dogs and while they are small dogs and mostly indoors they can make a mess. As do I with my shoe wearing that I used out of doors. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend him to any and all. You won't be disappointed as I was not disappointed.

Panda did a great job cleaning the sofa and chairs in the used RV that we purchased. The sofa literally changed color, and it smells great now. Panda's prices are reasonable, and they were able to come out right away. I highly recommend the Panda!
