Fantastic place for a romantic date night or a fun night with friends. The ever changing menu always promises surprising twists on delicious farm to table food. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the cuisine. We have been here many times and never leave disappointed!
Tonight we had the most amazing dining experience at Panciuto! What a treat it was to get an opportunity to sample most of the menu. Thank you to Adam and all the staff. We will absolutely be back! If you ever find yourself near Hillsborough, NC, this is a must try <3
Every meal at Pancuito is remarkable. The menu is consistently creative. The cooking methods are inspired. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm and comfortable. And the food is extraordinary. Pancuito is the best restaurant in North Carolina.
Lovely place, great vibe but more importantly great food. Our table shared 4 different pasta dishes, with some concern that they would be too similar. Not a problem! - each dish was unique and delicious in its own way. The chef has a delicate touch without being fussy. The vegetable sampler was a great start and the dessert sampler a great finish. Worth a visit.
