I've travelled and enjoyed gourmet dinners on six continents over thirty years. Panciuto rates among my top five ever, alongside places in Amsterdam and London and Paris and Seattle. Really. That their dishes are nearly entirely prepared from the best fresh local ingredients is part of why this is true.
