Pancho's restaurant is a 5/10 by my standards. It is authentic Mexican, but with a few flaws.... The food is very mediocre. My favorite part of the menu is the fried tortilla chips and salsa, a cooked and pureed salsa. Delicious. The service staff is not very wait staff friendly. The last three times I visited Pancho's the wait staff hardly touched our tables, but instead gathered around the bar to talk. I was not impressed.
Food is always good, very filling. Good service & plenty of options! Even vegan options
Not authentic. The price wasn't awful, but I where flavor or spice should be, it's just salty.
