Excellent food and service! Our family of 5 plus a friend ate a lot of food for a very reasonable amount!!
The food was great. However I ordered a frozen margarita when she brought it it wasn't frozen. Then told me they don't make them frozen after I specifically asked if they had frozen. Grrr!

Kristie sorry that your margarita wasn't to your satisfaction. I think what our server was trying to say is that we don't have one of those specialized machines to keep the margarita in a slushy type of consistency. We make them to order when they are ready. We'll make sure to do better next time
Pancho's is a fantastic Mexican restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service is great. The staff treat you like family and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. After leaving my favorite Mexican restaurant in Arizona a few months ago, I'm glad to say that I have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant.

This is my favorite restaurant, I've been eating here since it's been open. The food is always excellent, the owners are so friendly, they make you feel at home. Service is so good, I have my favorite server but the experience always leaves me feeling awesome. Keep up the great work...from one of your biggest fans :)

We go there at least bi weekly, however due to the attitude we won't be going back! Waitress overcharged us by $10.00 and they wouldn't correct it.....she charged Ala Carte instead of the meal price was all they would say!!
