Worst Panchos ever!! Bad management, lazy waitresses, awful food, & it wasn't clean!!! Visited 9/7/14 around 530. There was about 9 tables in the whole restaurant with people at them. Buffet & drink for 2 people was 26$. (We had 2 couples in our party). Waaaaay over priced for this place!!! We went & there were cockroaches crawling on the booth. The food was old. They gave us our money back. Thank goodness mesquite`s panchos is way better.
Used to be decent food. When you go now, the food is not that great. The cheese sauce taste like rehydrated cheese powder. The restaurant is not that clean and usually smells like old mop water. The customer service has also gone down quite a bit .
