Great atmosphere, amazing staff, awesome management and the food is on point! We had our daughters graduation luncheon in the party room upstairs and it couldn't have been better. We will definitely be booking more parties with Panchos Pistolas

We absolutely love Panchos! We make it a destination anytime we're in Chicago - even if we're just driving through. Amazing burritos and the guacamole is delish. The cheese on the nachos is fabulous, and we know our cheese! Definitely make a stop at Panchos!

I have been going to this restaurant on and off for over 15 years. Yesterday, I was extremely disappointed and think they have lost a long time customer. The wait staff was rude! One waitress knocked a high chair into my daughter's high chair and looked at us as if she did not owe anyone an apology. They do not offer free refills on fountain drinks and they charge $1.75 for chips (if you want a refill). These are simple accommodations that most restaurants offer customers that are dining in.
