Brittany was very kind and wished me a happy birthday upon finding out it was my birthday. Food was delicious.
Ordered food to go, a burrito and a bowl. Didn’t get what was ordered. The burrito was MISSING black beans, chicken, veggies, reg hot tomatillo and jalapeños from what was ordered. It literally only contained rice and guacamole. That’s it. The burrito bowl was to have rice, beans, guacamole, veggies, and pico. It was missing the beans and the veggies. Very disappointing that this location would serve this when what was ordered was missing so many things.
Worst service I’ve ever had at a Pancheros…..staff was overly concerned with the online orders over the in house customers…..
