At least two of the employees need an attitude adjustment. My brother drives semi, and ordered on the app for delivery while getting unloaded at a job site, It had been a while and still no food, so he called and they told him they don’t deliver. Tried leaving feedback through the URL on the receipt but the website was broken. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed but Makita (unsure of spelling) took good care of us. They were out of fajita veggies, so she offered a little extra other sides. Then as we were eating they were able to cook more veggies and she brought them out to us with a side of queso to make up for the delay. She also came around and collected trash when we finished. Took forever, didn't listen when we said we wanted a bowl. Then also made fun of another customer that didn't want cheese and all of the employees laughed at them. Their order was wrong as well, absolutely didn't listen to anything any of the customers asked for.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at Pancheros. I placed a pickup order for two burritos, only to get home and find out the order was incorrect. When I called the store, I was told my account would be credited and I’d receive two free burritos on my next visit. Fast forward a week—my pregnant wife goes to redeem that promise, and she’s met by Crystal Stochle, the manager.
