Great food and outdoor dining. Clean space and felt safe.
I ordered food from pancheros at montage mountain, drove all the way home 15 minutes away & realized the whole order was wrong. Called and said I was coming back and that I wanted the correct food and my money back for such a huge inconvenience. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and would not refund me for THEIR mistake. After finally getting my new correct food , the manager and employee’s began speaking Spanish , staring at me and laughing. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY POOR SERVICE. will never be back.
I really used to enjoy your food, but this time I ordered a burrito and the rice was extremely uncooked ☹ all I could feel was the rice getting stuck on my teeth.

I have enjoyed in the past, always order through the app. But today my bag and container were wet, and my "salad" did not include lettuce? if I come back I'll need to double check my order before driving back to work.
Is anyone able to call me regarding the food? Very disappointed
The staff talked about us in Spanish because we ordered at 940pm and they close at 10. We knew exactly what they were saying, so we ordered and took our food to go. I didn’t feel comfortable at all eating there.
The location couldn’t be better with awesome views of the mountains and airport and the people are exceptionally friendly. The portions are generous and the idea of building your own burritos, tacos, quesadillas or whatever is really nice. The food is fresh, including the freshly pressed tortillas. The prices are also very fair and the line of people ordering was extensive. There needs to be more of these restaurants. I’ll be back
