They charged my daughter's card and we went to get our food and they was closed..
Ordered a burrito and was waiting for the employee to get done woth the customer ahead of me so I could get salsa and and the extra stuff on my burrito, but she decided that wasn’t necessary for me and proceeded to mix what I had on my burrito and wrap it while the cashier was telling me the total 3 times. I’m not one to complain but I didn’t just want rice, tofu, queso and fajita veggies on my burrito.
I went out on a Saturday night had just a few drinks, went to pancheros in riverside Iowa city, never have I felt so sick to my stomach for two days straight none stop puking from getting food poisoning from your uncooked, contaminated food!!! I am not the only victim either. Never again will you get another dollar from me!
I have never had a bad experience here in past, but today was disappointing, as I don't get to eat out much. Door is not working & it's freezing. My husband has had to shut it 3x thus far. Music playing is horrible & loud. I splurged for a tortilla & for the first the, they are so dry. Unsweetened tea is sweet in dispenser (icing on the cake for me). This was my first time to the new location, so disappointing.
Went in and ordered food and they had their bathrooms locked and said they were locked for the rest of the night. It was at 12:30am. Is that even legal?
Love the new location! Always quick service and amazing food!
I had the steak tacos. The steak tasted like it came from the freezer; half of it was fat and had to spit it out. NOT coming back.
