RecommendedJust waiting for a door dash pick up and I feel like this was my most pleasant experience. The staff today 12/11 at 1:25pm is friendly, has a clean appearance, counters clean, stations clear, line is moving timely and Door Dash orders ready and waiting to go out. This is not normally my experience here unfortunately. The employees on this shift are an excellent team and deserve a raise! They show they care! So many smiles today behind the counter!
Management was bad, service was slow. Food was very disappointing and paid over $25 for it.
I found a huge bone in my food and my food tasted like heavy cigarette smoke to the point where it was inedible.

Very clean, quick, and friendly staff! Also we used pancheros for catering and didn't have to do a single thing to set up! they were on time and everyone was impressed with the spread!
I have never had a bad experience here in past, but today was disappointing, as I don't get to eat out much. Door is not working & it's freezing. My husband has had to shut it 3x thus far. Music playing is horrible & loud. I splurged for a tortilla & for the first the, they are so dry. Unsweetened tea is sweet in dispenser (icing on the cake for me). This was my first time to the new location, so disappointing.

Absolutely 100% terrible service. Guy making food never bothered to ask what I wanted on my quesadillas and then when I said something as he packaged up my food, said I had to tell him and rolled his eyes when I wanted him to remake them. Rushed through making my food, took my money and then said have a nice day as he was halfway back to helping the next customer. Food was not great, never going back.
the customer service is great and they have amazing food!! I will definitely be back
