RecommendedJust waiting for a door dash pick up and I feel like this was my most pleasant experience. The staff today 12/11 at 1:25pm is friendly, has a clean appearance, counters clean, stations clear, line is moving timely and Door Dash orders ready and waiting to go out. This is not normally my experience here unfortunately. The employees on this shift are an excellent team and deserve a raise! They show they care! So many smiles today behind the counter!
Management was bad, service was slow. Food was very disappointing and paid over $25 for it.
I found a huge bone in my food and my food tasted like heavy cigarette smoke to the point where it was inedible.
Yesterday I ate there and now I’m sick! I had a quesadilla with cheese, chicken, and rice. That’s it! And now I have horrible diarrhea. I heard that my friends office also ate there yesterday and their whole office is sick too. Im worried now that something was wrong with their chicken!!

I ordered food from pancheros at montage mountain, drove all the way home 15 minutes away & realized the whole order was wrong. Called and said I was coming back and that I wanted the correct food and my money back for such a huge inconvenience. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and would not refund me for THEIR mistake. After finally getting my new correct food , the manager and employee’s began speaking Spanish , staring at me and laughing. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY POOR SERVICE. will never be back.
Welcome to typical business idiocy. This place will not serve you food without a mask on, however will allow everyone to sit in their restaurant with out social distancing and eat and drink and laugh and sneeze with not a worry in the world. I miss the old Pancheros from around 2010 when prices were reasonable and idiots were not making their rules. Big oof and disappointment today.
I really used to enjoy your food, but this time I ordered a burrito and the rice was extremely uncooked ☹ all I could feel was the rice getting stuck on my teeth.
