We have had only amazing visits so far. The first visit was a walk in and they were efficient and thorough for a first visit. They went out of their way on our second visit bc they really do care about their patients. The receptionist was helpful and fast. Sam is an Angel and is great at her job. She is passionate about healthcare education and took the time to show us injection techniques for our Moms diabetes management.

Price checks off but what is the actual point of that when they can't handle caring for patients? They send you on to the ER where your good price goes out the window.

Strangely uncompassionate receptionist; can't train compassion into a person either they have it or they don't. Medical staff friendly and helpful (informative/knowledgeable) but the visit was unnecessarily soured by the front person who needs a different job where people skills are not needed. Hopeful for change.....

my partner showed up 5 minutes before they opened, 3 hours later he still has not been seen. i just can’t understand why a CLINIC would take so long with 3 patients (he was the 4th up FIRST thing in the morning). this is not a hospital, keep in mind it’s a walk-in clinic. now he has to either be late to work or lose out on his money.
