My doctor at pancare couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks and recommended that I go to the walk-in clinic, when I showed up before they opened and waited with my son for over 45 minutes they told me all the spots were already full for the day and that I need to find another place to go. Don't go to pancare, they don't really care and will only waste your time.
Completely unacceptable and misleading. They advertise as a walk-in clinic operating on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:00 AM. My wife took a day off work because she was feeling awful and arrived at 8:04 AM with our toddler. The clinic was wide open, yet the staff immediately turned her away and told her to go somewhere else. We have had only amazing visits so far. The first visit was a walk in and they were efficient and thorough for a first visit. They went out of their way on our second visit bc they really do care about their patients. The receptionist was helpful and fast. Sam is an Angel and is great at her job. She is passionate about healthcare education and took the time to show us injection techniques for our Moms diabetes management.
Price checks off but what is the actual point of that when they can't handle caring for patients? They send you on to the ER where your good price goes out the window.
