I love the food and the staff was great. My only problem with this place is cash only. Want to eat here make sure you have cash on you.
Rude!!! Heard the person working there YELLING and calling a young man a liar! How unprofessional and tacky. Never ever will they get my business...EVER.

The food was ok but the waitress was straight from hell!! She was rude to everyone and blew a fuse when we ask for separate checks. Two grown women and she decided to school us on how to ask for separate checks in the future. How bout this..., when you see two grown women don’t ASSuME they want one Check. Then jus maybe your grumpy tail might get a tip!!!
Pancakes flat, everything else cold and NASTY �...
In the last 3 days we have eaten at The Pancake Shop 4 times. Every visit was filled with delicious food and accentuated by the laugh-inducing banter with Mary. She read my husband perfectly & kept myself & both of our mothers rolling with laughter. Everything we ate, from biscuits & gravy to waffles to steak to beef tips & noodles were amazing. The Pancake Shop will be a staple on our future visits to Memphis!
