To start with the wait although that is something I made the decision to do. But if on the top of a 1 hour wait to be seated you get a waiter that is not friendly and when you finally get to place your order you get a cup of coffee that is thrown to your table on a broken, disgusting cup and no cream at all. Saw this place on food network and wanted to see what the hype was about... IT'S ABOUT GREAT FOOD!!!! I've seen people who complained about a long line, when 10000 people are trying to sit in a building that holds 150, ehhh... hate to be a bubble buster, but there going to be a line lol... my wife had the chocolate chip pancakes and loved them, I had the buckwheat pancakes and could have been better anywhere else. Service was fast and friendly.
