Before going I looked this place up. We knew there would be along wait. We waited about 45 min. When we got seated we waited another 10 minutes before anyone showed up to ask us about drinks. We got our waters and then ordered. Probably 25 minutes went by and we got our food. The food was good. My only complaint is that the waitress never came back to refill our drinks and after about 10 minutes of waiting for her to come with our check we walked up to the cashier for it.

Found hair in my food, after i'd eaten 60% of it, so left the rest behind. Spent the remainder of the time I was there observing the kitchen and staff. None wore hairnets, the cooks mostly had on ball caps, so have to assume the hair belonged to one of the many others passing through the prep space.
