Line is long, but moves fast. The melt in your mouth pancakes are worth the wait.
The wait was worth it. Awesome pancakes! My family had the chocolate chip, banana, raspberry, and blueberry and we shared some bites.
Very disappointed. We waited an hour. When French toast came it was NOT pancake pantry French toast. It was some kind of hard French bread. Eggs and pancakes were not warm, just cool. Not sure why you would change something that has been amazing for years. Hope the one in Gatlinburg hasn’t made these same changes.

Food was so-so. Staff was friendly. Employees didn’t seem overly concerned with food on the floor or chairs.
Very good food!! Will be back the next time we are back to Nashville at my sister's!
We waited 2.5 hours after hearing how great this place was. Don’t waste your time ordering any food besides pancakes because that’s seriously the only good food there. Overall not worth the wait. Our server was incredibly rude as well.
Best French toast EVER! Cannot wait for our next visit!
