Fantastic food, great service, and worth the wait. Whenever we visit, we always include Pancake Pantry in our plans.
Got there early around 6am so we did not have to wait in line. Really enjoyed the Santa Fe corn cakes, nice chunks of bacon with green chiles, very unique and tasty. The banana bread pancakes were really good as well, nice service would definitely go back.
