We eat here once a week and love it. The wait staff is the first reason we eat here. Food is second. Pancakes are inconsistent. Sometimes thick, thin and sometimes tough. But really we love this place. If my mom or wife made pancakes inconsistently I'd say the same thing.

The Pancake House is the absolutely best restaurant Longview has to offer! There food is exemplary, their service is fabulous. The staff get to know their customers what they like etc. I have been eating at the pancake house for 50 years. Love, love, love this place. I have never had a meal that was bad0. Keep up the great work and serving the best food!
This is a local favorite for sure, we are not locals however; A+ service with a smile...
Always fun with the happy crew working there. That alone makes a big difference, but there's also the good food and excellent service.
Best brekkie in a 50 mile radius! The only brunch place I go to when I come back home to visit.
