I highly recommend Panama City Eye Care. I had outstanding service from their team, including Dr. Stephanie Quesada, the optician and the receptionist. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and readily resolved problems I had with multiple pairs of eyeglasses.
I cannot imagine ever going to a different eye doctor! The team at Panama City Eye Care defines what "customer first" truly means. I’ve had a few challenges lately finding the right fit for my contacts, and they have been so patient through multiple follow-up visits and different trials to make sure my vision is perfect. I went there to get glasses cut. They told me it would take an hour. I come back in an hour and they say "she just went on break. She'll be back in 15 mins. Then it'll take an hour" I had to wait 3 hrs in total for my glasses. Then the lady was very rude about it too. Would not recommend.
Lovely people, thorough and comprehensive exams. Good communication and Dr Quesada takes her time with her patients.
The office staff are very professional and upbeat. Dr. Quesada takes her time to explain everything and answer my questions. She also does very thorough eye exams to make sure my eyes are healthy get the right corrective lenses when needed. Great organization!
