I was very pleased with my visit to Panama City Smiles, today. * My appointment took place when schedulef, ie. I did not have to wait * The new facility is beautiful * "Tabatha", Dental Hygienist, was very professional, thorough, and gentle I'll return!
As usual, my experience this week at Panama City Smiles was excellent. Wonderful staff that care about you and a beautiful new building. Very nice touch.
so, I never thought I'd enjoy going to the dentist before going to these guys. the staff is supper great, friendly and just plain fun to be around, I like to cut up, and joke around with the ladies at smiles and they do too! I've never left with having good laughs with them. now! down to biz here, doc poppas crosses his T's and dots the I's and he's not bad at jumble puzzles either :) he always make sure your comfortable plus he thoroughly explains any Qs you have which is a big one with me. I can’t lie...I hate goin to the dentist. However the staff at Panama City Smiles made it a great experience. Lynn is great!! She could tell my anxiety was seriously kicking in and she helped me relax. She explained everything to me and answered any and all of my questions. Dr Pappas is awesome. He really made me feel comfortable and confident that things would be fine! Even with the work I have to have done I can honestly say I can’t wait to go back. For once I’m not scared of the dentist!!
I am not a fan of dentists. After one used a packing which scarred my vocal chord, I was done. That was the worst of several visits. I stumbled upon Panama Smiles and required a root canal. Dr. Patel was as skillful as he was considerate. I even returned to work after the procedure! The staff is pleasant and concerned. I now am a fan of the hated dentistry profession. Thank you!
Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. Nice kiddie play area in the back of the waiting room. They were able to see my entire family on the same day. They accept United Concordia and are fairly close to TAFB. I am very pleased with the care I received at Panama City Smiles :-)
