If I could give them negative stars I would this is the worst service I’ve ever dealt with, I booked a rental for one night then I send in my drivers license and a picture of me to verify my info, then they preceded to tell me, me with tattoos on my face, that me is not me and cancel my reservation and hold my money for days, like do not rent from this place at all, worst place in Florida and probably south of the United States!!!!
Wow! What a horrific experience in Unit 1706 at Tidewater. The furniture is absolutely terrible. The most uncomfortable and cheapest things I’ve ever slept on. I had to pull the twin bed out because the elevators are so noisy and have been sleeping on the floor. See photos attached. The WORST part is I reported the issue to Tandra and Megan as well as the Vacasa phone line and they did not even bother to respond. I actually left tonite and checked into a hotel. Disappointed with Vacasa and the lack of customer service for our trip to PCB. The room wasn’t clean - mystery stains on bedding & towels, random spots of yuck on the floors, dirty walls and baseboards and more issues. Couches were also full of stains - had to spend $50 on cleaning supplies to make the unit livable. Vacasa wouldn’t send anyone out to clean or swap our unit - we were told to be patient and they would send someone. We stayed for 7 days and no cleaners came. We completely missed our trip due to a hurricane. Even though the condo was not scheduled to be rented for several days after our stay was planned, they denied us staying ONE DAY after our reservation unless we paid more. (Mind you, we didn't make it there to get to ANY of our reservation as our cruise ship had us remain at sea for an additional 3 days due to the storm) Just terrible, stubborn customer service. They take your money then tell you that your required to do a identity verification. Upload MY info then it tells me it doesn't match!! Why not do the identity party before taking peoples money forcing them to wait 10 business days for a refund
