If I could give them zero stars, I would ! what a hack outfit this place is! I left about two years ago from them being my property manager for very good reason ,poor reviews, poor cleaning, stealing items from my property & only receiving 1/16 of the rate of return that they had promised they could attain. My husband and I visited the office in Sunrise Condominium Resort and spoke to April amd Markiah who were so sweet and very helpful. They answered all our questions but went over and above since we had so many. We look forward to using their service.
I would never use Vacassa again!! We stayed at a condo in Panams City Beach and were greeted in the master suite by a locked master bedroom closet! The owners kept all of their valuables in it, and we had no place to keep our dresses and suits for 10 days. The 3D photo showed a closet and when we asked for a reasonable refund, we were given 3.5% back. Mere chump change. The rental we stayed in here was so run down. Its like they haven't maintained the unit since they took ownership of it or something. We stayed in 108w and the place was filthy when we got there and the towel racks and appliances in the kitchen were falling apart. The pullout couch bed was disgusting and terrible quality even for a couch bed. They also didnt have enough of anything stocked for us to have the week we booked.
