I booked through Vacasa (which I will never do again). Despite arriving after check-in time, it took over 30 minutes to gain access to the condo. We had groceries that needed refrigeration, and the delay was incredibly frustrating. I was told I’d receive some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but I never did. I even followed up and was completely ignored. It’s nice they are on standby and you can text them, but they are not really helpful. Stayed at palazzo condominiums through these jokers and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. Left a very poor review on the property in question on their website which is nowhere to be found…hmmmm kinda sounds like the BBB may need to look into that. Will NEVER stay with any vacasa managed property again.

We booked this house for the number of bed/bath and location, hoping for a great family trip from Friday to Monday for memorial weekend. Unfortunately, the stay was not up to par AT ALL. The worst thing about the stay was the plumbing situation… we were not able to use the lower bathroom the whole stay. THIS PROPERTY IS A FRAUD, THEY SCAM PEOPLE!!!!!!!! We booked the property online which was a very straightforward process with no information about the hidden charges. When we got here we got to know that they charge for even entering the property. The staff is so condescending and rude. The lady literally said “either pay for it or don’t enter, I am not gonna argue with you” and the other staff kept making faces and rolling their eyes on us. Zero hospitality! Very racist very rude very inconvenient.

stayed at Edgewater tower 3 407. unit was very clean! great views and very secure/safe property. nicely furnished unit. We will be back again. We own condos in Nashville that Vacasa manages & we would not have anyone else handle our condos! They are GREAT & always available for anything you need as an owner or guest.
