Pet lovers beware. I dropped my dog off at this facility at 9:15 on May 12th. At 4:45 I called and spoke to Dana (owner) to check on Sissy. I was told she was fine. Received call from Dana informing me Sissy had gotten out at 5:30 pm. I was frantic. My husband and I searched until midnight along with Patty (a woman who offered to help. She posted Sissy's picture on Lost and Found Pets of Bay County. We started searching at 6 am the next morning, posted flyers, asked dozens of people if they saw her. Awesome care! Beau went twice to doggie day care and had a ball! Loved that he was able to play with other dogs and didn't have to stay in a kennel. Everyone was kind and affectionate and took very good care of Beau. Would highly recommend to anyone needing day care, boarding or grooming. Fantastic staff and great environment. Thank you again for everything! Beau still hasn't stopped talking about you!
