i have been going to panache for a few years now. i get my hair cut and highlighted. it seems that there are quite a few girls there that have hair like mine and understand what needs to be done to achieve the perfect blonde i am always looking for. When I went in it was nice looking however the employees did not know anything. I had multiple services done. It took me a long time for my hair. When I would ask the front desk for information they did not have it.It seemed as if they were not trained or educated in the facility they worked in.
