I had my hair done by Julie at the Boise location a few months ago. My appt was originally with a different stylist but they changed it when I arrived. My hair color and cut were decent but her chair side manner was awful. She didn't talk to me at all and acted annoyed and inconvenienced about how long my hair was taking and she told me as much. It made it really uncomfortable. I would go back, just to a different stylist though.
Helen gave me the most incredible and relaxing massage. Exceeded expectations thank you so much!
