Learn about customer service. The Meridian location wasted an hour of my time by cancelling my appointment. They gave no solution. I will never step on another Panache ever and will pass the word on at how bad they are.
RecommendedI recently had my hair cut and colored by Brittany Rogers at the Boise location and have never been happier with the results! It was my first time seeing her and told her to do what she thought would look the best with my natural coloring. She has done the best color I’ve ever had! Brittany is truly an artist and if you’re looking for that perfect color see her! She is also personable, professional, and kind. Highly recommend Panache and especially Brittany!
Just went to the Meridian location and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a beauty parlour so far. Service was great - Amber spent a little over 30 minutes discussing different solutions for my super dry hair, plus she made great suggestions and offered some nice input on the style and colour I wanted for my hair, and I'm in love with the results! <3 Price is a little on the high side, but you pretty much get what you pay for: top-notch service with an awesome professional! I'll be back for sure. <3
they could get better nail technicians who don't schedule appts at the exact same time as yours so as to rush through my nails which was supposed to be a fix job anyways they ruined my nails they look like cat claws rounded up top and pointed down towards the ground what an awful "top notch" experience

I had my hair colored and recolored the next day (to try to get the right blonde) and wasn’t happy with it. I got talked into a trim I didn’t want and got charged an outrageous amount. I also got the rudest complainants that my kids were there and said they couldn’t finish my hair cause my kids were being loud. Which they weren’t. I will never go back and hope people think twice about going here.
I had a much needed skincare treatment with Olivea this evening at the Cole St. location! Olivea was warm and friendly! She was knowledgeable and recommended their enzyme peel. I appreciated her expertise with the recommendation as I wasn't sure what I needed the most! The peel was perfect, no down time, no redness and helps with all of my concerns, of aging! Brightens, tightens and evens out skin tone. This was a perfect evening for this mama! Thank you for the wonderful relaxing experience Olivea!
I had the best first time experience!! Britney was amazing and I am so happy about my hair! I was very nervous cause it was a huge transformation but she walked me through it and I’m very pleased!! I definitely be coming back!!�
