Panache is fabulous My family has been going to Panache for over twenty years. We have loved the services provided and have never left unsatisfied. They have expanded and changed for the better. If you haven't been lately, give it another try. We have lived in big cities and small and the quality of the salon and care is outstanding!
Delight to work with Jennifer was a delight to work with and totally listened to all of my needs! My hair turned out great! Coming back next time for color :)
clean but rude I came here a while back and I won't go back. The girl said she could do my nails on short notice but then the whole time she was doing them she was complaining about being late to lunch. I ended up telling her they were good enough & she was relieved to run off & leave my nails pretty jacked up. Luckily, I know how to do nails a little myself so I was able to go home & finish them. I just wish they would have told me no, they don't have time today.
I killed three birds with one stone!!! Simply fabulous! I had a terrible haircut that needed fixing ASAP! I went online to see what hair salon's were closest to my home. I fell upon Panache, called and told the nice young lady on the other end my hair dilemma. She gladly told me to come on in since her next appointment wasn't til 12:30, which gave us an hour! Takes care of customers Jen, the owner, has a lot on her plate. She's busy but loves taking care of her customers! She never rushes through appointments and makes sure that her clients leave the salon loving their new hair!
Horrible customer service, rude I went in to have my hair done in ombré but the stylist didnt think my hair was healthy enough to apply bleach. (Although before applying the color she saif it wasnt as bad as she thought, then again later on the phone told me my hair was damaged...im mixed race with a bit of kinky curly hair naturally...my hair has been this way always) So I told her burgundy with more purple. After she took all color off my hair she applied some color but It definitely wasn't what I asked for. It looked ok,... read more

nice job I never regret coming here, she does a great job on my hair, and I have a lovely time chatting with her. You can tell she's a true professional who really takes the time to make your hair perfect.
