I did the $15 wash which came with free self-serve vacuum. While vacuuming I noticed spots that still were dirty they said come through again and it came out awesome!
Went there today 2/3/17- I pulled out and the car was covered in soap. I showed the owner and he could care less and said it's a machine and it messes up sometimes. Funny part is most people that came out of the place were parking and wiping their cars down to get the soap off. Total waste of $25
This car wash is a RIP OFF!! They charge for a service and the service is not done. When I asked to get it done properly they not only refused they were down right nasty about it!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! I paid to have my rims cleaned and they were just as dirty as they were before the wash. The car was not dried and my trunk deck was filthy!! DO NOT use this establishment!!
THIEVES WORK HERE! I visited Panache in Middletown yesterday at 2:21pm and watched the man remove my antenna in the rear of my mini cooper and then he never gave it back. I had someone in the car with me who also witnessed this. I called today and of course he claims he doesn't have it. The woman on the phone said they have cameras, i know if they view the footage they will see him remove it but then how do i know they will be honest with me? Took my car here on 4/10/2016 - seems 1/2 of the water jets are clogged and several of the cloth spinners were not working. By the time I got to the other side of the car wash my car was still dripping with soap. The drier literally dried the soap into a filthy mess on my car. Complete waste of $20.
