Absolutely horrible customer service. Submitted a form to cancel membership with no response. Got charged another month 2 weeks later. Sent a email. Rude customer service and refused to refund my card. They do not answer the phone so there is no point ever calling.

All was well until I attempted to suspend my membership for the Winter months! They took the money from my account again anyway, and since Dec. 5th, it still has not been refunded! I have e-mailed them twice as they suggested, called them countless times, only once did anyone answer the phone! I have left numerous voice messages with no returned calls, and no response to my e-mails. Website says they are open till 6pm. 5:01pm they are closed. I pay for a monthly plan that now I can’t use today. I’m gonna go elsewhere and get a receipt and demand they reimburse me tomorrow. Don’t be in business if you don’t honor your sales.
I used them years ago when they were full service. They did a great job. But now that it’s automated I wouldn’t. Paid for the top still had to vacuum and do the inside myself. Might as well had done it at home. Said that it’s the same price as when they did it all. 🤦♂️
DO NOT USE THEM!!!Car was just as dirty when it came out. Dryer doesn’t work. Will not refund money. The solution was to send it through again. Waste of time and money!!!!!!
I have been coming to this car wash since late 2016 even though there are other car washes nearer to me -but they do not give me as much for the price. The free vacuums are a big plus, and unlike other reviewers I never had a problem with the monthly plan billing - even when stopping and restarting it. I always get the premiere wash and my car comes out great.
