I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Panache. Here's a breakdown of the issues I faced: I placed an order well in advance, but the flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day. This was extremely disappointing as the flowers were meant for a special occasion. When I contacted the store to address the issue, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from this store, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The flowers never arrived on Mother’s Day, which was incredibly disappointing. When I called two days later to cancel due to their lack of responsibility, they still tried to deliver the flowers afterward, which made no sense.
