My relative called this florist to surprise me with for my birthday, but ultimately decided to use another shop and canceled my order. The florist had my information and decided to call ME, telling me that my mom had planned to send flowers and then read the entire message she had written in the card to me. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Panache. Here's a breakdown of the issues I faced: I placed an order well in advance, but the flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day. This was extremely disappointing as the flowers were meant for a special occasion. When I contacted the store to address the issue, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from this store, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The flowers never arrived on Mother’s Day, which was incredibly disappointing. When I called two days later to cancel due to their lack of responsibility, they still tried to deliver the flowers afterward, which made no sense.
