Let me start by saying I try not to give negative reviews. However, when you are a mental health facility, you should be held to a higher standard in my book. You are dealing with some of the most vulnerable people, and the experience I had here was appalling. First of all, the provider I saw literally had me in tears by the end of my appointment. Wonderful experience with Body Mind Intuition. Very courteous, compassionate, and helpful staff. My psychiatrist, Sara Maurer, is excellent. The rare combination of professional and personal. She's very good at her job, a very thorough and excellent listener, and uses genetic testing to make more data based medication recommendations. So far the recommendations have seen very positive results. Highly recommend.

This office billed me incorrectly and when I followed up with billing my calls were never returned. When I asked the manager if it was being followed up on, Colleen sent me a message telling me the amount due is my responsibility until insurance pays. That is valid yes, but holding yourselves liable and apologizing for billing errors is also appropriate when a $35 bill suddenly becomes $300 and you are automatically charged despite the error. Watch your billing carefully. Was charged incorrectly for over a year. Now having to pay back the charges that were missed (several hundered dollars), when I haven't even been into the office in over 6 months. Staff was completely unwilling to correct their mistake.
