Went through Dr. Pan and her team for traditional braces alongside jaw surgery in my 30s. (My second time getting braces; first time was as a young teen through a different ortho). The team made getting braces as an adult a more comfortable experience. I definitely enjoyed this ortho more than my first one. RecommendedWe are so happy with our treatment from Dr Pan! The treatment was challenging - we had to start with Invisalign due to the extreme overbite and then switch to traditional metal braces. Springs were also installed towards the end of the treatment for jaw alinnment. It was worth it because she did a fantastic job and both my son and I are very pleased!! The entire staff was a joy to work with! Highly recommended!

Ortho removed at my request. Dr would not place a permanent retainer. No reason given. When they finally did give a reason they lied. They are scamming people!!! Requested a call from Dr.Pan she doesn't even have the courtesy to call back! Very unprofessional to say the least. Mainly displeased my son may have to re do his ortho because they were not retained immediately or correctly. Up front they make the experience look great but after our experience they did not make anything great!
