EDITED ADD ON 7/27/26 Just came home from my 6 month cleaning, X-rays and check up, with my requested Carlos! Once again, he did a phenomenal job. And actually, very relaxing. Dr. Jason did his usual and thorough exam including the oral cancer check. The best team in the best dental office! Can’t go wrong under their care. See you in 6! I’ve been going to Dr Pan’s since I was a little kid. I’m 28 now and don’t even live in Melrose anymore, but for anything teeth related I’m making the drive up. The whole staff is so friendly and that includes Lori and Ashley at the front desk. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I’ve been for both a cleaning and 2 sets of fillings here. Not only are they thorough but also efficient. My 1st filling appointment, for 2 fillings, and i was out in like 30min. The dentist is there to answer any questions while the Novocain takes effect. The hygienists are so nice and also helpful with any questions I had. I was able to get my appointments a week apart, same day and time, which was awesome and unexpected. The entire family are patients here and we are more than happy with the care received especially the last visit. My six year old son had his first loose tooth and it was bothering him a lot. Dr. Jason Pan and his assistant were wonderful. He got an xray and help with his wiggly tooth. He left happy and zero tears were spilled. I appreciate the patience and thoughtful care as well as fitting us in last minute.
