My experience here was disappointing. This body shop was recommended by my insurance company, so I decided to go with them after someone backed into the front of my car and damaged the grille. While the new grille looks okay at first glance, it’s not properly aligned—there are noticeable gaps on the left side that aren’t present on the right, and the bumper was also sticking out on that side. Mike is very pleasant to work with for the checkin and checkout process. The workmanship at their San Jose center is efficient and checks the boxes on agreed repairs. Communication via text and email are provided on status of the repairs.
The repair process after my car was damaged from an attempted break-in was very smooth and simple, which I appreciate as someone who doesn't know much about cars and can find the process intimidating. Everyone was friendly and efficient, I received text updates throughout, and my car was ready a day before the expected finish date. Friendly, super efficient, lots of communication throughout the process. Seamlessly worked with the Enterprise Rental car agency to handle my temporary car. I had been hit while parked by another car and this company, recommended by the other driver’s insurance company Geico, made the repair process quick and painless. They even cleaned the car inside and out! Will use for sure if needed in the future.
