I wouldn’t take my car to Crash Champions. On September 10th I was involved in a small accident that damaged my front bumper and passenger side light. All it needed was a few new parts to be replaced, but when I called GEICO to file a claim GEICO recommended Crash Champions to have my car repaired. When I was in an accident, and brought my car in, the person I spoke with was very nice and patient, despite the building losing power as soon as I was checking in. The following week, my insurance informed me that the car was totalled, and I needed to contact Crash Champions to sign over the car, etc. I know that their repair shop is at a different site, but wanted to confirm where I was going before wasting an afternoon driving all around. I was assigned this place by State Farm to get an estimate for an accident. Turns out they would only do an estimate if one drops the car off to repair. So instead of allowing for a potential customer's scrutiny and review, they want you to blindly commit to them before they even tell you what needs to be done. It seems a bit dodgy if you need to get business by trapping customers, instead of using your good work to speak for you. I asked State Farm for another shop.
First of all, unbelievably friendly Joseph Gallegos who helps you overcome frustration caused by the accident. He is very cooperative and does everything very professionally. The car repair was done very quickly, for 3 days only, and the quality of repair is fantastic - car looks like new. I hope not to be involved in any accident but if it happens, I don't know better place than Pan American Collision Center. Thanks for the excellent service.
This is the third time we used this company, and each time is better than the last! Joe was so professional and helpful, and the communication is fantastic. Pan American Collision Center is a class act! My entire family recommends this quality company for the very best in auto body repair.
