Went to this office in Mid April seeking help for my child. Sat with Pedro Vega gave all the necessary intake information to start a file. Was told by Pedro that it will be about a week to hear back from the office to see a Therapist. It’s now May 6th and still have not heard back. I gave this office very private information about my child and my family. I am very concerned that the information was received and ignored as if we weren’t seeking help in the middle of a crisis.
