I have had great success with the program, and I credit most of that to my awesome coach, Pamela Payne! I have lost nearly 60 pounds and I'm feeling so good. Pam takes the time to really talk to you and listens to your preferences , which makes the "dieting" part more bearable. She offers advice on how to eat smart and has lots of great recipes to share . Now that I'm on maintenance, Pam continues to encourage and guide me along this path to my new and healthier lifestyle. Thanks so much, my dieting guardian angel !!!
I am incredibly thankful for all of the help and guidance I received from Pam. I LOVE the new me...the healthier me...and could not have done it without her. I love the variety of the food choices, finding new ways to prepare them, and knowing that if I have questions, I will always get the support I need. For those on the fence about this program, it works. You also get incredible support from Pamela Payne. She is a wonderfully skilled coach. Many people struggle with food as coping device for the stress of life, myself included. Pam is sensitive to this, and will help you along with kindness and a firm yet gentle hand.
