I would love to be able to enjoy this spa but no one has called me back to schedule my group appointment. Without even stepping into the salon I can say that they customer service is horrible and not up to gold coast standard. I hope that this gets better otherwise business won't be around for long.
I can't see Sherri enough! Always rejuvenated after leaving whether I'm getting a massage, manicure, or pedicure! I drive all the way from South barrington just to see her
Once I was past making my appointment, I was very happy. Sherri is delightful and the mani-pedi was great, fun, and very relaxing. I'm happy I pursued and look forward to next time.
