Oh my gosh! My friend introduced me to this place and I'm so happy that she did! I got my hair colored, cut and brazilian blowout by Chelsea (IG: @hairbychelseapdx) and she was amazing and so nice! She understood exactly what I was going for. She safely bleached my hair and she treated it to prevent it from getting too damaged.
