We have used PP for a number of years for daycare/ kennel and been happy yet always questioned what happens behind the "door". Upon returning from spring break we picked up Chloe (1 yr old and been there more than 20 times) her leg was sticking straight back. She said "oh just pulled a muscle". Oliver just loves going to daycare and I feel completely secure in the knowledge that I'm leaving my fur baby in very capable and loving hands while I'm at work. What's the point in having a dog if you just leave it at home in a kennel all day while you're gone?! Everyone who works there is a sweetheart and genuinely cares for my pup. Thanks guys!

My dog came back from their lethargic like she had been drugged and she's been skittish and scared ever since she was there
My husband and I brought our dog, Summer, for the first time this past weekend to stay and I can just tell how well taken care of she was. We are so happy to have found such a great and trustworthy place to take our fur baby. They went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you, Pampered Pooch!

Do to being in a middle of a move our husky mix missed a few grooming sessions, so she was shedding like crazy! I found the pampered pooch, and I'm sooo glad that I gave them a chance they did an awesome job with our hyper dog! They put a lot of work into her to make sure she looks great! We will be coming back!!
We brought our dog in for grooming a few days before Christmas. The groomer did a good job, however, a week later she started coughing like nothing I've ever heard. She was diagnosed with kennel cough. The only place she had been was to the groomer. What makes it worse is, now our other two dogs have it. Our dogs have had their vaccinations, but I have learned there is more than one strain of it. Our vet said they've had several cases from this groomer recently.
