RecommendedI cannot give Pampered Pets Boutique in Opelika a high enough review y'all! The best and making babies smell good and this woman literally GETS DOWN ON THE GROUND to hug and kiss my puppies. I have a hard time leaving them but she makes me feel safe!

We have used Pampered Pets for our two Yorkies for the past 18 years. They are absolutely the best and the second family to our dogs! I love going in because the staff is so kind and personal and I love seeing the dogs that are greeting me each time. I will ALWAYS use Pampered Pets for my fur babies !

We love Pampered Pets! They do a wonderful job on my 17 year old schnauzer, who is not fond of being groomed. He’s come home from other groomers anxious and stressed, but never from here. Also boarded him and his 2 sisters for several days, and when I went to pick them up, they just wanted to love on Kim! I know my babies are treated well here, so we will always use Pampered Pets!

RECOMMEND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY PUPPY THEY DID NOT GROOM HIM THE WAY HE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE.. WHEN I MENTION IT TO THE OWNER SHE HOLLERED WELL AT LEAST I TRIED AND SHE WALKED OFF.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY BC THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB... DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR DOG THERE

I am disappointed to be writing this negative review, especially because we previously had a positive experience at Pampered Pets. However, we had our golden retriever groomed and requested that his feathering be trimmed, the same request made previously. When we picked him up, we were absolutely shocked by how our dog’s fur had been completely butchered. His feathering was completely shaved off along with all of his whiskers. What a great groom on our 15 year old Miniature Schnauzer today. We took the advice of several friends and so glad we did, we'll be back to Pampered Pets for sure.
They always make me feel like they like my dogs! They do an excellent cut for a reasonable price. Friendly every time.
