Carol and Autumn did an excellent job caring for my baby! Dixie looks beautiful!! Carol followed my wishes and took time to listen to our needs. I just moved to Melbourne and was a bit nervous leaving Dixie at a new groomers. The groom took 3hrs. and when I returned to pick her up, she was happy, calm, and not scared at all. The price for the full groom with teeth brushing was cheaper than my old groomers, so we’re happy campers! Great job Pampered Pets!
I have a long hair rag doll cat that just turned 1 year old. His fur was starting to get thick and matted to the point that I couldn’t brush it out. I brought him to Carol for his first ever grooming experience and we ended up doing a lion cut. Carol was fantastic to work with. She handled my cat exactly as I would hope an animal care specialist would and I could not be happier with the overall experience and end result. Best pet groomer I’ve ever had. Tanks coat has stayed so soft ever since I started taking him to Pampered Pets. I won’t go anywhere else.
Carol is awesome !!! I have an older dog and she needs special care. Carol made sure my baby was comfortable and took great care of her. I would highly recommend her to groom your fur babies.
