Very nice young couple living the American dream of owning their own business. They clearly love the animals and their jobs. Best thing about PP is they allow you to stay with your dog while he/she is being groomed. I was able to help calm my girl which gave us both more peace of mind. I'm sorry to say that this groomer has went way down hill. They injured my dog in 2 places. and then refused to have the owner or manager call me back. The girl that answered the phone denied knowing the owners name or number. I tried to speak to the owner for over a week. Also there were several small children running rampant in this shop. I feel it wasn ' tsafe both for the dogs and the children. This groomer is no longer professional or safe.
