Awful, took over 3 hours to have my little yorkey groomed. And she smelled bad coming out. She clawed me to get out the front door. I asked for a medium cut on her face and they shaved her face. She acted funny for days. So I will never take her back again.
Irresponsible and negligent. They have knowingly injured animals and then leave the owners with the vet bills. You are supposed to feel comfortable leaving your pet at a groomer. Never going back.
Someone please take this place away from the owners/workers because they are causing harm to alot of people's pet. Our pets are our babies with no voices. Due to my last visit at Pampered pet my sweet dog is now afraid of being groomed, he must receive meds in order to be at any groomers now.

The animals that are being rehome I saved from being put down...I try and find them good homes and if i cant i will keep them i will not let them be in a shelter or somewhere that will hurt them..I love every animal i lay my eyes on and I will never ever do anything to hurt them..
If I could rate Pampered Pet a ZERO, I would. How disgusting people could actually open a business with animals then lack at doing the job they agreed to do. If you care about you're company you would get better employees, then again the problem seems to be you. I will not bring my fur babies to you and I'd advise everyone else does like wise.
