I really wanted to like this place. 1st time in I had a full set and my lashes done. Loved the nails, Marry did a great job. My lashes were not so great, the lady who did them pulled on my lids pretty hard and then got irritated with me when my eyes watered.They were of poor quality, lasted less than a week and wern't really worth getting done again. Awesome! LoAnn is outstanding! I had tried other places trying to find a clean and skillful salon and then I found Pampered Nails. LoAnn was very helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable. I watched other customers being treated with much kindness and professionalism by other staff. For me it is difficult to read any bad reviews because I know first hand that the staff here truly, truly cares.

I made an appointment here based on the reviews. I had been going to a nail place on J and Challenger; but, was never satisfied. This place rocks! I was given a pedicure by Kent. What a nice young man; very professional. I walked in with a horrible in-grown nail, which was carefully and patiently removed. Now, I feel like dancing! Thank you Kent! Made an appointment based on the positive online reviews. Had nails done by Loann, who listended carefully and gave me perfect nails. They last a while and stay fresh looking. She did a great job. Salone is beautiful, clean, large and relaxing. Have been looking for a salon for a while and have finally found it! A bit more expensive than the standard chop-shops, but price point is reasonable for the quality of materials, the care and the salon's great ambiance.

I had my nails done at a shop on Friday. TERRIBLE, they started to lift by today and they looked awful. I went here and they fixed me up! The place is so CLEAN and they are very professional. I loved the honesty of the staff and owner and they did me right. My hands look beautiful! I recommend this place and I plan to make it my permanent nail shop for me and my daugher.
