The worst set of nails I’ve ever paid for as a gift for my gf I do not recommend seeing her and will be telling everyone how poor of a job was done and the customer service was terrible as well

I am a visitor to Barrie and found myself in town for a couple more days than expected… and with not much to do. I decided to get a manicure and called Pampered Nails by Ping because it was within walking distance from my Airbnb and had great reviews. Ping was so kind and polite over the phone and was luckily able to get me in that day. I saw Kearston who was SUCH a sweet and down to earth person. The prices were exorbitant and she did not answer the phone in a timely manner. She responded five hours later and I had already gone somewhere else.

Had a spa pedi done. I got to sit in the spa massage chair and it was bliss. Ping did a great job and was great to talk too. Clean environment. Amazing service. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. Seriously, treat yourself to a spa pedicure with Ping.
