What impressed me most was not the amazing work she did, nor her professionalism, though both are deserving of praise. It was when my daughter wanted art that Ping could not provide she was upfront and honest and worked with my daughter to deliver a beautiful set of nails with delicate flowers

The worst set of nails I’ve ever paid for as a gift for my gf I do not recommend seeing her and will be telling everyone how poor of a job was done and the customer service was terrible as well
I am a visitor to Barrie and found myself in town for a couple more days than expected… and with not much to do. I decided to get a manicure and called Pampered Nails by Ping because it was within walking distance from my Airbnb and had great reviews. The prices were exorbitant and she did not answer the phone in a timely manner. She responded five hours later and I had already gone somewhere else.
