I went to get a regular manicure yesterday and my nail lady was young and inexperienced. First of all she was not friendly at all. Not once did she greet me, when she finished she didn’t say a word. Just got up and left. I didn’t know she was done until I was left sitting there for a couple of minutes. We had to get the guy at the front desk to ask her to come back because I needed my nails fixed. She didn’t file my nails after cutting them down, she didn’t cover all my nails with polish, and she left polish on my skin. The ... read more
Very disappointing experience. During my manicure, the staff member cut me in three different spots which was painful and uncomfortable. I understand accidents can happen, but this felt careless.. This is basic hygiene and skill, and it was clearly lacking. I would not recommend this place if you care about safety and professionalism.
