I went to get a regular manicure yesterday and my nail lady was young and inexperienced. First of all she was not friendly at all. Not once did she greet me, when she finished she didn’t say a word. Just got up and left. I didn’t know she was done until I was left sitting there for a couple of minutes. We had to get the guy at the front desk to ask her to come back because I needed my nails fixed. Very disappointing experience. During my manicure, the staff member cut me in three different spots which was painful and uncomfortable. I understand accidents can happen, but this felt careless.. This is basic hygiene and skill, and it was clearly lacking. I would not recommend this place if you care about safety and professionalism.
I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for the past three years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went with my sister, and the quality of service has noticeably declined. My sister’s nails chipped the very next day. She went back to have them fixed, and they chipped again shortly after. Randy was absolutely amazing!!! I was so relaxed and ready for a nap after I got done. I would highly recommend Randy.
I've been going to this salon, seeing the same nail tech, for a year. I love the store and Tiffany! She is an artist when it comes to nail designs. I get a new design 5-6 weeks with gel hybrid. I show Tiffany a pic of the nail design I want and she makes it happen - beautifully. I always get compliments on my nails. Love this salon and highly recommend it.
