As a patient, I believe it is critical for a doctor to act promptly when test results indicate urgent health concerns. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. Despite receiving blood test results that were clearly alarming and required immediate action, I had to wait far too long for a response. This level of delay in communication is not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous for patients. Dr. Fiona is very good at her profession. I've had a few bad experiences with a couple medical professionals in the past. Sometimes they were too pushy or didn't listen to my concerns. Dr. Fiona listens as well as gives great medical advice without being too pushy.
Due to the amount of patients this practice has unable to give each patient timely individualized attention. The few times I attempted to contact and get a response or communicate with Dr. Bhogal it was very challenging.
