This place provides exceptional and professional care. You as a patient, are valued here from my experience and I am so grateful for this location, organization and its staff. My children have ALWAYS left their appointment feeling safe, comfortable and happy. That's how it should be with every health-care establishment and that unfortunately isn't the case. Thank you - Palo Alto PAMF, from my family to yours .
Poorly managed vaccine experience, even with an appointment, we had to wait in line for an hour and half! I had vaccine shots at the mountain view location and the wait was usually less than 10 minutes. Clearly the management at the Palo Alto location didn't put enough thoughts into the patient experience. The staff was not apologetic at all and had this "you should be glad you are getting the vaccine today" attitude :(
Poor customer service. No one picks up phone for scheduling. Cancels appointment when arriving within 10 min window
Terrible experience. The phone agent first scheduled me a wrong provider who didn’t actually treat my elbow problem. Then after they found the mistakes they just directly canceled the appointment without notifying me. I just went to the hospital and knew my appointment was cancelled. Surprise!!!
